The service
Whoaisays asks AI assistants buyer-intent questions and reports whether they mention your brand. Results reflect what those assistants answered at the time we asked. They change, they are produced by third-party models we do not control, and they are not a guarantee of anything.
Your account
You are responsible for the address you sign in with and for the content of the prompts and brands you add. Do not use the service to impersonate a brand you have no relationship with, and do not attempt to exceed the usage limits by automated means.
Fair use
Every scan costs us money at the AI providers, so plans include limits on prompts and scan frequency, and the free checker is rate limited. We may pause an account that circumvents those limits, and will tell you why.
Free trial
New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no payment method required. The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. When it ends, scanning pauses until you choose a plan, and the data you have already collected stays available.
Payment and billing
Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed in USD and may be converted to your local currency at checkout.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all billing enquiries, applicable taxes and refunds on our behalf.
Refunds and cancellation
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@whoaisays.com.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that. There is no cancellation fee. Full details are in our refund policy.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of scan results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which erases your data immediately. We may end an account for the reasons above, or if required by law.
