30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Whoaisays for any reason, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 30 days of that payment. You do not need to give a reason.
The guarantee applies to the first payment on your account. Renewal payments are not refundable. Instead, you can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, so a renewal you no longer want is always avoidable in advance.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@whoaisays.com within 30 days of your first payment with the email address on your account. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method. When a refund is issued, access to paid features ends immediately and your data stays exportable.
Cancelling your subscription
Whoaisays is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time from Settings in your dashboard, or by emailing support@whoaisays.com. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Cancelling stops future payments. If your first payment was within the last 30 days and you also want it refunded, say so in your email and we will refund it.
What happens to your data
Your scan history stays available while your subscription is active. After cancellation you can export or delete your data from Settings, and you can ask us to delete your account entirely at any time.
Free trial
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. The trial does not require a payment method and does not convert into a paid plan on its own, so there is nothing to cancel if you decide not to continue.
Payments and billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing enquiries, taxes and refunds on our behalf. Prices are listed in USD and may be converted to your local currency at checkout.
