Who controls your data
Whoaisays is operated by DEVRAN BOYACI, a sole proprietorship based in Turkey, at YENIKOY MAH. 464 (YNK) SK. AHMET KERMEN APARTMANI, Kapi No: 21, Daire No: 3, Mentese, Mugla, Turkey. We are the data controller for the information described below.
What we collect
If you run a free brand check: the domain you enter, and your email address if you choose to unlock the report. We store a one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself) to enforce daily limits, and derive a country from it for aggregate statistics.
If you create an account: your email address, your name if you provide one, the brands and prompts you track, and the scan results we produce for them. Sessions record an IP address and browser user agent so you can see where your account has been signed in.
When you visit any page: the path, the referring site if you arrived from one, and a visitor identifier derived from your IP and browser that rotates every day. We set no tracking cookies and use no third-party analytics.
Why we collect it
To run the product you asked for, to stop abuse of the free checker (each scan costs us real money), and to understand in aggregate which pages and channels bring people here.
Who else sees it
Your prompts are sent to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity and Google) through OpenRouter in order to produce your results. Emails are delivered by Resend. IP addresses are sent to ipapi.co solely to resolve a country. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and receives the billing details you enter at checkout; we never see or store your card number. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Account data lasts until you delete your account, which you can do yourself in Settings and which removes your brands, prompts and scan history immediately. Free-check leads and pageview records are kept for up to 24 months.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Deleting your account does all of this at once. For anything else, including removing a free-check email you gave us before creating an account, write to support@whoaisays.com and we will act within 30 days.
